The main objective of this research is to determine the relationship between leadership styles and attitudes towards organizational change in the poultry sector in the northern area of Metropolitan Lima in 2021. This sector was chosen due to the importance of the consumption of chicken meat, as it is preferred by consumers for its nutritional value. In this way, it is positioned as the main meat for consumption in the country, this sector being fundamental for the economic development of the country. During the years 2020 and 2021 there were essential changes in terms of work modality, variation in production and sales, as well as in the implementation of new biosafety policies. To determine the relationship between the variables, a non-experimental cross-sectional quantitative study was applied and 160 workers from six different poultry companies were surveyed, to which it was possible to have access. In said survey, the Short Form 5X Multifactorial Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ) of Bass and Avolio (1997) was applied to the leadership styles variable. The scale of attitude towards organizational change was also applied, to determine the attitudes of the worker to change. Finally, the results of the reliability of the scales were analyzed with the Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, with which it was determined that the tests show an excellent and good criterion, which reflects a level of precision of the instruments used. The correlational analysis using Spearman's Rho coefficient allowed us to conclude that there is a relationship between the study variables, since the better the leadership style is used, the more appropriate the attitude towards organizational change will be for the organization.
