Currently, the lack of optimization of time and costs for reprocessing is a factor that 65% of companies in the construction sector are affected, since they continue to use traditional methods for several of the processes within the company. For this reason, this work proposes a methodology based on BIM and QFD aimed at construction companies to improve the productivity of supply, digitizing processes, reducing time and costs in the supply process. Which consists of three stages: planning, where the amount of materials required for the work, technical characteristics and suppliers are determined; in the supply process, where the management and monitoring of the requirements for the project is carried out, from the request to the supplier to the delivery on site; at project closure, where materials are identified and managed and suppliers are rated. Therefore, a simulation was carried out based on a project executed in a Peruvian construction company during the year 2020, it shows that the proposed methodology is adjusted to the needs and objectives of the construction company, achieving a reduction in time for the described stages of 30% and costs 37% in the expected scenario, in addition, the pessimistic and optimistic scenarios were analyzed, which had positive results.
