The aim of this research is to analyse the relationship between network logistics, referring to decentralisation and the use of ICT in logistics, and the non-financial business performance of textile small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) in Metropolitan Lima. SMEs represent 99.6% of the total number of formal companies in Peru and 60% are located in Lima. The textile-clothing sector is the third main activity of the manufacturing industry in the country and presented a growth in their digital maturity level (DMI) with respect to the year 2020. To measure non-financial performance, it is important to know the operational relationship with customers, suppliers and competitors; technological, human resources and strategic flexibility; innovative behaviour and participation in external co-operation networks; qualification of workers; availability and use of ICT. We used a mixed focus, in the first qualitative stage we interviewed experts to understand the actual situation of the sector and to confirm the supply chain processes. In the second quantitative stage, we surveyed 70 SME textile exporters and analysed the results using chi-square tests to validate the five hypotheses. The results concluded that business performance does not have a significant relationship with the network logistics level of textile SMEs, because this significance was only validated in the qualification of workers.
