The objective of this thesis is to provide the design of a network under the architecture of Software Defined Networks, to improve the centralized management of configurations and the growth management of nodes in the network of a Service Operator. The current mechanism in which the management of configurations and the implementation of new nodes under the traditional network architecture is being carried out will be presented, and the operation of the new network will be explained with the software tools used for its development. The design will only cover the control and infrastructure layers of the architecture of Software Defined Networks, which will be simulated under the Mininet software, in addition, the topology to be designed and the controller to be used will be explained. The new network will allow the provisioning or deregistration of a service to be carried out from a controller and thus avoid having to access multiple nodes, thus reducing the time used for the provisioning and deregistration of a service. On the other hand, it will be evidenced through an exercise that with the new network it will be possible to install multiple nodes in a very short time and with a minimum of personnel moving to the site. Finally, it will be shown that the SDN network will provide a centralized management of the configurations and an adequate management of the growth of the nodes, thus achieving the fulfillment of the objectives.
