Currently, due to constant pressure, work stress and lack of time and information, people opt for an unhealthy lifestyle, many of whom study and work at the same time, have neglected a fundamental aspect: healthy eating in their daily lives. The aforementioned difficulties do not allow the adoption of a healthier lifestyle that contributes to the optimal development of health and gives rise to a need that is rarely taken into account. According to the latest Datum International survey (2020), families in Metropolitan Lima have high levels of ignorance and lack of information on healthy eating issues. For this reason, it is revealed that 49% of households do not consume healthy foods, foods that contain high levels of calories, but poor in nutrients, such as sugary drinks, sweets, snacks[1], among others. However, as a result of COVID-19, many households and families have become concerned about having a healthier life and, above all, consuming products that contribute to their health. As a result of this situation, the present project will be developed, which is based on the creation of an-App for the service of nutritional plans and sale of healthy food.
