Objective: to describe and make a critical analysis of 30 clinical cases to which I had access as a medical intern, and which contributed to my training and learning. Methodology: an observational, descriptive, and analytical study of 30 cases of patients from the Gustavo Lanatta Lujan and Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo National was carried out. Participants: Patients treated at the Gustavo Lanatta Lujan and Hospital Nacional Dos de Mayo. Main results or findings: 30 clinical cases were described, with descriptive tools. Significant learning was obtained to know the causes of the most frequent medical consultation in first-level health centers, to carry out a closer follow-up of patients with chronic diseases, and to participate in health promotion activities. Conclusions: the internship of the medicine career has an indispensable importance in the students who are about to graduate, since it helps to integrate and consolidate knowledge that was acquired during the career. During this process, comprehensive patient care with other services, prevention and health promotion measures, management of the different disease programs, vaccines, growth and development (CRED), control of pregnant women were learned. Also, the ability of assertive communication with the patient and the family was developed. Finally, the support and joint management of the disease with the patient and family was obtained as personal learning, improving empathy and the doctor-patient relationship.
