Perfect Orders (POF) is a superior metric of warehouse management quality and performance. This covers sub-metrics such as delivery on time, complete, without damage, and perfect documentation, which in turn is related to economic aspects and profitability of organizations. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to propose an inventory management model based on Lean Warehousing and the innovative DDMRP methodology to maximize the fulfillment rate of perfect orders in the wine sector, an area little studied and analyzed in the scientific literature. Therefore, the ABC analysis was developed, a Lean Warehousing practice oriented to inventory management that categorizes products by importance. Once categorized, the 5 phases of the DDMRP methodology were developed for category A. In addition, the structure of the model used the DMAIC methodology as a basis, which is a tool for root cause analysis and process improvement. As a validation method, the discrete event simulation of the Arena Simulation software was used, which served to identify the distributions, develop the simulation model, evaluate scenarios and calculate results. With this proposal, it was possible to increase by 28.1% the index of perfect orders, increase by 36.6% the complete orders fulfilled, and reduce stock breakages by 28.7%. Likewise, in the environmental aspect, if the model is applied, the organization would reduce the generation of paper and glass waste by approximately 50%; and it is economically viable since a VAN S/. 16,024.71 Peruvian soles.
