Peruvian society was hit by COVID-19, which caused our economy to come to a standstill, where the Hotel and Tourism sector changed its status. This, due to the new sanitary measures that had to be complied with in order to reopen businesses and respond to the demand that still persisted. Also, because of variants of this virus, the public is still not allowed to fully opt out of their home and revert to past behaviors. From this, Venga emerges as a proposal that seeks to help reactivate this sector, through a mobile aplicaciónlication that allows diners to access information about restaurants such as their menu, service, geographic location and table reservations through indoor technology, this in order that customers can reserve their tables with knowledge of what the premises offer from the reduction of attention in order to prevent the spread of the virus. On the side of the establishments, we seek to increase their interaction with diners through access to information and contact provided on a virtual platform within the current digital context, as a response to consumer trends increasingly focused on technology. The purpose of this work is to validate the viability of this business proposal from the blow caused by COVID-19 in Peru, through the development of topics acquired throughout our career regarding the financial, commercial, among others.
