Glow App: Aplicación de reserva de citas de belleza

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad el poder implementar una aplicación que pueda conectar a expertos en belleza; manicuristas, estilistas, maquilladores, masajistas, entre otros, con mujeres que constantemente contraten estos servicios de belleza a domicilio. De esta manera, los expertos en belleza podrán encontrar en la aplicación, una fuente de ingresos segura, que le ofrezca la oportunidad de poder tener mayor alcance en Lima Metropolitana y así incrementar sus ventas.

Por otro lado, para poder sustentar el presente proyecto, se analizaron los segmentos a los cuales nos estamos enfocando, con la finalidad de validar el problema, validar la solución y su modelo de negocio respectivo. Por ende, posteriormente a haberlo estudiado a detalle, podremos determinar si la idea de negocio planteada será viable o no.

Adicionalmente, respecto a lo mencionado anteriormente, el presente proyecto de investigación se encontrará disponible para todos aquellos lectores e investigadores que deseen utilizarlo como ejemplo y guía. De esta manera, podrá ser de utilidad para el planteamiento de ideas de negocios futuras.

The purpose of this research work is to be able to implement an application that can connect beauty experts; manicurists, stylists, makeup artists, masseurs, among others, with women who constantly hire these beauty services at home. In this way, beauty experts will be able to find a secure source of income in the application, which offers them the opportunity to have a greater reach in Metropolitan Lima and thus increase their sales.

On the other hand, in order to support this project, the segments to which we are focusing were analyzed, in order to validate the problem, validate the solution and its respective business model. Therefore, after having studied it in detail, we can determine if the proposed business idea will be viable or not.

Additionally, regarding the aforementioned, this research project will be available to all those readers and researchers who wish to use it as an example and guide. In this way, it can be useful for planning future business ideas.
