This study is developed for the validation of the business model of the fintech "Funds & Finance". This application offers the financial services of crowdfunding and crowdlending to give people who do not have easy access to bank loans, the opportunity to have a financing or loan for their needs. The customer segment can be divided into two groups, the first are entrepreneurs who demand credit for the materialization of their business ideas and the second are investors who are the ones who finance businesses and in return are offered profits for the loan granted. Within the "Funds & Finance" platform, entrepreneurs will be able to show their projects and how much money they require as financing. As for investors, with the payment of a subscription they will have access to see these projects and will have the assurance that they are projects that have already been validated by us. After carrying out the validations through different experiments, it was possible to verify that this project has a good projection of development in the market due to the high demand for credit that exists in the country. In addition, having an online channel gives us the possibility of being present everywhere and at any time. Funds&Finance's value proposition was validated and its viability to offer solutions to consumers' needs was validated. Finally, the financial plan was used to identify the initial investment, as well as the different costs and expenses necessary to implement the business idea. It is concluded that the project is viable by obtaining a positive NPV and an IRR greater than the discount rate.
