Currently, the world faces a pandemic which has caused millions of businesses to close in all sectors. Companies have had to reinvent themselves and adapt to new customer needs, including health care against Covid-19. Among the strategies to continue with business, companies have turned to internet sales, but not only of products, but also of services. This project is based on the creation of the online gym called Legafit Collection aimed at women between 22 and 35 years old, this was created as a complement to the sporting goods store Legafit Co. This business, within the framework of the national health emergency, mixes the use of a digital platform with distance training; which allows users to train at any time and place with only access to the internet and without the need to expose their health in closed or crowded places such as physical gyms, generating in turn, the sale of brand sporting goods. The report develops the analysis external to the project using a PESTEL analysis and an industry analysis (Porter's 5 forces); then develops the internal analysis using a SWOT matrix allowing strategies to be established. As part of the market research, the survey tool was used, and based on this, the Marketing, Operations, Human Resources, and Economic-Financial plans and strategies were established.
