The student residence is a space designed for the student. Where it satisfies all the primary activities such as sleeping, eating, studying, washing, developing, exercising and the need for shelter, as well as secondary activities such as leisure, this includes watching television, listening to music, board games. This type of residence, located off campus in Pueblo Libre, is in a radius of influence near the student's house of studies. This is on Av. Bolívar three blocks from the Catholic University, next to the Inca Garcilaso de la Vega University and near the UNMSM. In this way, the infrastructure considers students who reside in Lima, province, country or a graduate who is doing postgraduate, master's, doctorate or other. This is how people from different places congregate, exchanging customs and culture, which are emphasized by collaborative spaces and shared spaces. All this leads to having a structure of 11,505 m2 in total, on a land of 6,000.07 m2 with a total of 480 residents of which 247 are migrant resident students, 165 are non-migrant resident students, 33 residents are non-students, 26 residents are teachers and 9 are disabled residents, this means that there are 23 m2 per student. This is verified by the reference projects taken into account.
