According to various studies at a national and international level after the appearance of the Covid-19 pandemic, electronic commerce has considerably increased its potential, since the current situation leads to avoiding crowds as much as possible, and electronic commerce is the perfect alternative to avoid risks. Faced with this scenario, various companies, especially SMEs, have been forced to reinforce their online sales system, either through a website or social networks. In this way, the chosen business idea seeks to implement an application, whose main purpose is to facilitate the communication process between carriers, natural persons and companies that need to make any shipment of cargo. For this reason, through the application called “U-Transfer” it is sought to generate a greater climate of trust between people and/or companies who wish to make shipments and carriers who want to expand their client portfolio, since before the appearance of Covid- 19 the first option to purchase or deliver shipments was in person. Therefore, the tools provided by the business idea seek to create bonds of trust between both parties through geolocation services, shipment auctions, real-time communication, among others. Likewise, it is intended that this tool serves to promote the electronic commerce service and be able to help avoid crowds and follow the health measures imposed by the state.
