This research paper deals with the problem to improve time planning in the construction of sewer heads using a precast reinforced concrete system in road projects in the interior of Peru. For this case study we have analyzed the work “Improvement of the Oyón - Ambo road, Section I: Oyón - deviation from Cerro de Pasco”, specifically between Km. 134 + 977.92 and km 181 + 000.00. The chapters to be developed within this thesis are; Introduction, Theoretical Framework, Methodology, Thesis Development according to the Specific Objectives, Conclusions and Recommendations. In the Introduction we will talk about the development of road infrastructure and drainage, its need and benefits, as well as the justification of the project. In addition, we detail five scientific articles that have been analyzed and summarized for your understanding. In the Theoretical Framework the history of the sewers and their application for the benefit of humanity is explained, we will also explain the background that illustrates the need to address the problem, as well as the regulations used, the technical specifications and the necessary foundation to understand the problematic in all its magnitude. The methodology applied in this research work is quantitative deductive considering hypothesis and theory tests. We will detail the geographic location, materials and equipment. In the Thesis Development according to the Specific Objectives we will focus on analyzing the improve time planning of using prefabricated concrete heads and concrete heads with manufacturing at the point of work, in order to compare and demonstrate the benefits of one over the other. Finally, in the Conclusions and Recommendations we will take the information gathered from the general and specific objectives to be able to give the reader our vision regarding the use of prefabricated systems applied to the construction of concrete heads on the roads of our country.
