Eco Plus Limpieza, is a project of cleaning and disinfection services at home in order to satisfy needs of the costumer through the use of ecological supplies that take care of environment, also certified machines for health care of persons. It is aimed at socioeconomic level A and B for men and women aged 25 to 55 years who lives in the modern Lima and Lima Top districts. The value proposition is to secure the safety of its customers through its services with supplies and machines certified by its suppliers, social responsibility through the selection of employees with ONGs and Post-Service that find to secure customer satisfaction. The project has been developed on assumptions of an annual growth of 9% increasing in the next five years based on primary and secondary sources. The project will have an initial investment of S / 153,415, of that 60% will be shareholder financing and 40% will be financed by third parties. The project represents a positive scenario for the return on investment of shareholders with a COK of 13.38%. The financing cost of the WACC project is 12.28%, it is what the project will need to finance its obligations. The project is viable and profitable, the NPV is S / 723,938 and an IRR of 97.62%, the investment recovery period will begin in the second year and for each pen that is invested there is a profit of 8.86 soles.
