The purpose of this work is to capture the entire process that has been carried out to start up the PetGeo business idea. It allows the tangibility to offer people, concerned about the well-being of their pet, the protection of them, by controlling their location in real time through a collar and a mobile application. This project viability is evaluated in the city of Lima in Peru; the existence of the Petlovers community is highlighted, since they would spend, as it has been projected for 2021, an amount of 893.5 million of soles annually, in food and pet care products. In this sense, the procedure is divided into four main parts. The first part contains the initial bases and the determination of the market size. The second part includes the validation of the business model through observation of the customer segment and its intention to use the value proposal of the experiments. The third part contains the execution and learning of the concierge. The fifth part, finally, includes the development of the business plan, from the Strategic, Operations, Human Resources, Corporate Social Responsibility, Marketing, Financial, to the Financing Plan and the activities schedule for the implementation of PetGeo.
