This research seeks to demonstrate the feasibility of a business idea in the tertiary services sector, to this end, the use of planning tools has been used to demonstrate the sustainability and development of it. The primary objective of these analyses is to identify how the market behaves and how environmental factors influence the entity, external and internal that can change the decisions to be made. They will find a strategic plan, where we define how this business idea is structured business. A marketing plan, where we define the search for our customers. An operations plan and HR, which represents internally the composition of the participants, as well as the operational procedures. Finally, we present a financial plan, which summarizes the investment made to carry out this venture. As a result of this analysis we assume that the business idea is or is not feasible. This is because through research from primary and secondary sources we have determined that the solution we have found is necessary for the problem encountered.
