Abstract: El presente proyecto muestra la viabilidad de la ejecución, considerando la realidad de hoy, del negocio de mochilas para situaciones de emergencia en Lima, Perú. Para ello, se realizó investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa a ciudadanos limeños de los niveles socioeconómicos A y B de Lima Metropolitana. Esta investigación permitió detectar que existe un segmento significativo de consumidores que están dispuestos a adquirir una mochila para situaciones de emergencia. Esto se debe a que el consumidor, debido a la presente realidad, está despertando y fomentando una cultura de prevención. Lo cual, favorece a la sociedad y al presente proyecto de negocio.
Con el fin de que este proyecto se ponga en marcha el año 2020, se procuró analizar la industria a detalle, considerando las tendencias del mercado global y local, los factores macroeconómicos y microeconómicos, entre otros. Además, para lograr tener una mejor planificación, se desarrolló la estructura de la empresa, dividida de la siguiente manera: Plan de Marketing, Plan Financiero, Plan de Responsabilidad Social Empresarial, Plan de Recursos Humanos y Plan de Operaciones. Dentro de cada uno de ellos se contemplan las estrategias, actividades y recursos necesarios para que este proyecto sea viable cuando inicie sus operaciones. A su vez, se realizó un Plan Financiero para que las proyecciones contempladas en este sean lo más acertadas posible. Como resultado de lo mencionado, se obtuvo que para que el proyecto inicie su etapa operativa se necesita una inversión de 15,000 soles. Finalmente, luego de la inversión, los resultados de las utilidades netas proyectadas fueron de S/ 44,331, S/ 86,395 y S/ 89,005 para el primer, segundo y tercer año respectivamente. En líneas generales, el proyecto es atractivo para el consumidor peruano, por ende es rentable y presenta una visión de largo plazo.
This project shows the feasibility of the execution, considering the reality of today, of the business of backpacks for emergency situations in Lima, Peru. For this, quantitative and qualitative research was carried out on Lima citizens of socioeconomic levels A and B of Metropolitan Lima. This investigation revealed that there is a significant segment of consumers who are willing to purchase a backpack for emergency situations. This is because the consumer, due to the present reality, is awakening and promoting a culture of prevention. Which favors society and this business project. In order for this project to be launched in 2020, an effort was made to analyze the industry in detail, considering global and local market trends, macroeconomic and microeconomic factors, among others. In addition, to achieve better planning, the structure of the company was developed, divided as follows: Marketing Plan, Financial Plan, Corporate Social Responsibility Plan, Human Resources Plan and Operations Plan. Within each one of them the necessary strategies, activities and resources are contemplated so that this project is viable when it begins its operations. At the same time, a Financial Plan was made so that the projections contemplated in it are as accurate as possible. As a result of the aforementioned, it was obtained that for the project to begin its operational stage, an investment of 15,000 soles is required. Finally, after the investment, the results of the projected net profits were S/ 44,331, S / 86,395 and S / 89,005 for the first, second and third year respectively. In general terms, the project is attractive to the Peruvian consumer, therefore it is profitable and presents a long-term vision.
