Through the growing demand in construction the need to take advantage of physical spaces was identified, this has led to the use of the subsoil as alternatives for the construction of different works; such is the case of the parking lots. The underground construction poses a great risk of settlements due to the conditions that the spaces to be built presently. In this sense, the use of anchored walls is an alternative construction; this method corresponds to a modern construction technique and is a deep foundation that acts as a retaining wall and forms part of the structure in a definitive way. In this thesis, the tension-deformation behaviour of the anchor during the construction process of the anchored walls will be evaluated through the numerical analysis via the finite element technique. For such, computer tools available in the market will be used. According to the information analysed, this work consists of six chapters where chapter 1, consists of the background, the problem, scope, and objectives of the thesis; Chapter 2 related to containment structures and their properties; chapter 3 related to the anchored walls were developed, the definition, its advantages, the solicitations to which it is exposed and its constructive process; besides, the development of the anchors: the definition, classification and design criteria that have to be considered; chapter 4 describe the analysis methods used; Chapter 5 is the evaluation of the application case Airport Hotel project; and chapter 6 corresponds to the conclusions and recommendations of the work developed.
