The present investigation was carried out with the purpose of determining the influence of the Organizational Behavior in the Organizational Climate of the workers by generational groups of a Regulatory Body based on the information of Great Place to Work, 2019. According to the declaration the type Research is applied, with an explanatory scope, whose design is not experimental, it is transversal, that is, with a collection of information in a single moment. To carry out the study, we work with a sample of 180 workers of the regulatory body. In the same way, in the present investigation, one can also determine what it consists of. The survey has 51 articles that were measured by Likert escalation. The results presented are a direct correlation with the difference between the organizational behavior and the working environment of the workers as a regulatory body in 2019, accepting this way the general hypothesis raised in this research work. On the other hand, it was determined that the organizational behavior of workers a regulatory body in 2019 is highly related to the indicator of job satisfaction, since it has an 86% appreciation in the workers, generating a high impact on the climate labor, as well as a measure that the variable organizational behavior raises its measurement indexes, will proportionally increase the indicators of labor climate.
