This research paper observes the relationship between digital promotion actions and the intention to buy in specialty coffee shops and concentrates efforts on knowing the disposition of young people from 18 to 29 years of age in Metropolitan Lima against the item. As a producing country we are one of the most recognized in quality for coffee and therefore, most of our production is enjoyed in foreign countries; However, there is a business model in trend that seeks to boost the consumption of Peruvian coffee and do so with the highest quality standards. However, it is not an easy business model when you have a society that does not consume coffee very often and if it does, it is more seen as a commodity (instant) than a key product in your day to day. The objective of this study is to analyze how this growing business model, without much budget to combat a commodity coffee, can deliver its message through digital marketing tools to publicize and generate profitability with purchase in a small target audience . In this context, we will analyze how the different digital actions undertaken by the category help to generate the purchase intention to a specialty cafeteria, specifically. Through a qualitative and quantitative study, which included in-depth interviews with both target audiences and experts in the category, observation work and form-based surveys, it was concluded that the digital presence of the specialty cafeteria category is elementary to become known as a brand in the world of coffee and to accompany the consumer in his intention to buy.
