In the city of Lima there is a very present architectural need that is the lack of public spaces, since the absence of these triggers many risks and separates them from the city. The neighborhoods of Lima like San Cosme live fragmented in the city due to various factors, one of them being the lack of public space. These public environments would be called intermediate spaces, since it would help to gather the excluded areas with the same city. The facilities near these multiple spaces are diverse since what is sought is to have a lively area 24 hours a day. This research text describes and exposes the various problematic variables in the slopes of the San Cosme Human Settlement with respect to the establishment of markets, informal trade, changes in use, presence of green areas, danger and fragmentation levels of the area. Likewise, it is proposed to design a hybrid building with intermediate spaces where the proposed equipment or program ensures the correct integration of the settlements into the city with basic dwellings, with spaces that promote the identity of the area at a neighborhood level that at the same time serves The same community. This will ensure that people who go from home to work can enjoy the space that is in the course of the road, inviting them to stay for a while.
