The study work on Mimesis as an applicative factor in the Interpretation of Chanka History and Culture aims to enhance the value of the Sondor Archaeological Complex, a space where Chanka culture is located, one of the most important in southern Perú, is in this sense that under the concept mimesis is intended to propose a project that architecturally provides spaces for the promotion, study and preservation of the historical elements that are in place. The work aims to propose an architectural language that converges and adapts to the natural context in which the project is proposed, reducing its impact within it and, on the contrary, merging with it. In order to establish the parameters and regulations that will be followed by the project, projects that have similar characteristics in terms of location, spatiality, context, materiality, function were analyzed, and according to this, the guidelines that were needed and emphasized in the work were developed. Finally, an analysis of the context was carried out to identify the main problem that motivated the development of the project, in this case the absence for the Interpretation of Chanka History and Culture was identified as the main problem, in turn all the cultural backgrounds were investigated and Chanka Culture history, this with the objective of knowing in depth their social, artistic development among other aspects to consider them within the design process at work so that there is a direct relationship between the project and the context.
