This thesis project is developed as a reaction to the lack of organization and leadership from the Peruvian Football Federation and the national clubs in the youth development programs. Worldwide, it is proven that high performance centers which provide a cohesive and integrated development to the young footballers brings success at club and international level. The architectural project is located in Mariano Pastor Sevilla street, in Villa el Salvador. The concept is based on the formative process of the young athletes, in which the building is partitioned into three blocks which represent entering the club, joining the youth team and breaking into the first team. This is achieved by locating the 1st team block on top of the youth team block (taking advantage of the sloping site) to show the physical objective of the young athletes as soon as they enter the project. The siting of the building is defined by the position of the football pitches (which are conditioned by the North – South solar orientation) and the urban decisions that incorporate the community and landscaping. The final result is a horizontal architecture with an industrial aesthetic that represents the local surroundings and which integrates itself with the topography through platforms and generates intereseting perspectives for the users.
