Abstrac: This research seeks to determine the relationship between learning styles and emotional intelligence in Lindley Continental Ark company leaders. Therefore, a sample of 90 leaders (managers and bosses) was selected without discriminating the age or time spent in the company. For this study, the Kolb Learning Styles Inventory and Bar-On Emotional Quotient (I-CE) instrument was used to assess Emotional Intelligence. Subsequently, data processing was performed using the statistical program SPSS version 22. Regarding the results, it was obtained that the predominant learning style in the leaders is the convergent style. It was also found that leaders possess a general emotional Intelligence within the average, however, on the assertiveness and impulse control scales, their emotional capacity is low. In relation to the empathy scale, emotional capacity is very low. It was determined that there are significant differences between learning styles and the flexibility subcomponent with 0.010, with divergent, convergent and assimilating styles being the ones that most impact this subcomponent.
