Resumen: El trabajo actual denominado “Chef a domicilio” es un emprendimiento que consiste en el resultado de la experiencia profesional de cuatro jóvenes universitarios y la necesidad de brindar un servicio de calidad ante la demanda de un público limeño que solicita que cubran con ciertas expectativas.
“Chef a domicilio” va dirigido principalmente a un público joven, millenials, que tienen una vida social activa y, frecuentemente, organizan reuniones en sus domicilios con sus amistades cercanas, compañeros de trabajo y/o familiares, y que además les guste la buena comida.
Utilizando nuestro experiment board, realizamos un producto mínimo viable MVP, nuestra Landing page, que permitió testear el mercado y aprender de los clientes. Todos estos datos nos permitieron tener un mejor conocimiento de los clientes que realmente les interesaba y estaban dispuestos a adquirir este servicio.
El resultado de este experimento, cuando validamos la propuesta, fue 6/20 confirmando el indicador de nuestra hipótesis principal.
Este servicio se brinda en las plataformas virtuales del negocio, principalmente a través de Landing page que va anexada a la página de Facebook. Con un presupuesto de s/25 colocamos 2 anuncios en la plataforma de Facebook. Próximamente estaremos en Instagram ya que es una plataforma muy utilizada por nuestro segmento.
Finalmente, corroboramos que nuestro negocio es viable debido a la aceptación del público objetivo, el análisis realizado al servicio, la oferta que proponemos con su ingreso, la demanda que existe y la competencia que no brinda la experiencia que nosotros declaramos.
