Determine demographic, socio-economic, pharmacological, lifestyles and health services in the irregularity sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis treatment without comorbidities. Material and methods: Cases and controls, retrospective, 1:2 matching according to health center of patients with sensitive pulmonary tuberculosis treatment between January 2018 and March 2020. The study was carried out in the twenty-sixth district of October - Piura: E.S I-4 Los Algarrobos, E.S I-4 Consuelo de Velasco, E.S I-4 Santa Julia, E.S I-3 Nueva Esperanza, E.S I-3 San José, E.S I-3 Micaela Bastidas, E.S I-2 San Sebastián. The population consisted of 181 selected patients (60 were cases and 121 controls). To evaluate the association of variables, Chi square/Fisher was used, and to confirm a real association, the logistic regression model was used, including OR with 95% IC. Results: The population consisted of 181 selected patients (60 were cases and 121 controls) who received treatment. Multivariate analysis found that irregularity with antituberculous treatment showed a significant association with overcrowding (OR= 4.70, 95% CI [2.22 - 9.96]), treatment time (OR= 5.97, 95% CI [2.79-12.77]) and illicit drug use (OR= 3.58, 95% CI [1.54-8.35]). The main reasons for not complying with the treatment were the relapse of harmful habits (23.3%) and the lack of support from the family (20.0%), others add economic (16.7%) and work (15.0%) reasons. The study found that treatment irregularities are seen in greater numbers in the second phase of treatment. Conclusions: Patients who live overcrowded are five times more likely to present treatment irregularities in relation to those who do not show such a situation, in the same way, patients with a treatment of 7 months or more, are six times more likely to be irregular to pharmacotherapy in relation to those with a shorter treatment time. The last associated factor is the use of illicit drugs, patients who use these substances are four times more likely to be irregular, in relation to those who do not use these substances.
