This report exposes the process management model implemented in the Purchasing department of Constructora e Inmobiliaria Ramval S.A.C. to reduce purchasing cycle times. This model encompasses the adoption of necessary actions such as the reinforcement of management's commitment to the integration of processes aimed at customer satisfaction, the functional independence of the purchasing area as the governing and autonomous body for purchasing management, the integration of jobs necessary for the organization and management of work in line with the fulfillment of the strategic objectives, the inclusion of the Purchasing Management process as an organizational support process visible in the process map, the identification, classification, redesign and standardization of the processes associated with the nature of the purchasing area, the awareness and training of the hierarchical management line of the area related to process management, and the establishment of monthly review indicators, thus allowing the organization to achieve 100% standardization of identified processes and their establishment horizontally, as well as the improvement and redesign of the workflow to make it more efficient, managing to increase the degree of order closure by 58.18% and 46.77% for purchase orders and service orders respectively, as well such as the reduction of purchasing cycle times by 22.84% for purchase orders and 22.01% for service orders.
