The objective of this research is evaluating the effectiveness of addition with vinegar grape as an acidifier in the water for fattening chickens of the Cobb Line 500 during their fattening period between (30-45 days). In this research, I worked with 160 chickens that were divided by 4 Treatments and 4 replications per each of them: AB, drinking water without grape vinegar; A05, 0.5 m L grape vinegar /L water; A10, 1.0 mL grape vinegar /L water and A15, 1.5 mL grape vinegar g/L water. To measure the production parameters and economic profitability of the breeding of these chickens, I evaluated the food consumption, weight gain, feed conversion, water consumption and mortality rate, the treatments showed significant quadratic difference (p<0. 05) on food consumption, weight gain and feed conversion respectively, highlighting Treatment A15. However, as regards water consumption and mortality rate, no statistical interactions (p>0.05) were found in the treatments used, which shows that there is no relationship between these two variables and the addition of grape vinegar; in other words, they do not influence on these production parameters. On the other hand, according to the results of the economic evaluation of Broiler chickens, it was evidenced that Treatment A15 provided a higher net profit and profitability of 85.75%. Overall, the results conclude that grape vinegar as an acidifier in drinking water acts as a growth promoter and efficiently replaces the use of antibiotics in the feed of broiler chickens
