The IESTP Florencia de Mora provides higher technical training with the Technical Nursing and Accounting programs, it had a population of 200 students in accounting and 185 in Technical Nursing, the admission process is carried out once a year, which is not automated, which originates an inadequate control presenting the following problematic reality How to manage the admission process of applicants of the IESTP Florencia de Mora in the year 2021? The present investigation proposes to automate the management of the admission of applicants in the IESTP Florencia de Mora based on BPM and the Five Diamond method; Therefore, the BPM life cycle of business process and Five Diamond Method was investigated and analyzed through bibliographic review, the Five Diamond Method and BPM life cycle were integrated and the integration of the Five Diamond Method and life cycle was implemented. BPM for the admission of applicants to the IESTP Florencia de Mora year 2021. To contrast the hypothesis, it was carried out through the pre-test and post-test method, with the validity of the indicators that operationalize the variables of the hypothesis. In the post-test, the number of phases is 4, for the 20 respondents in the service level indicator, a value of 76% is obtained in Totally Agree in the questions and 19% in Agree, in the process time indicator in questions, a value of 84% is obtained in Totally Agree and 16% in Agree, with which the indicators obtain the expected value in relation to the hypothesis.
