This research seeks to develop a prototype of a Temporary Shelter Home for Women Victims of Family Violence, this as a response to the lack of a shelter that optimally meets the needs of women and their sheltered children; Likewise, it is sought that it complies with the parameters set by the MIMP for its correct operation. The land chosen for this prototype is located between Avenida C and Avenida 2 of the District of Piura, province of Piura, because after an exhaustive collection of information and statistical analysis, it is known that Piura registers a high rate of disappearance of women. , femicides and attempted femicides mostly caused within the family environment. The main objective of this research was to develop an infrastructure that responds to the architectural conditions required for the proper functioning of the temporary shelter and that also provides protection and allows the comprehensive rehabilitation of women victims of violence and their children. The proposed methodology has a qualitative approach, with a descriptive scope. For the development of this project, different theories were used that lead us to propose an architecture that involves nature and the senses in order to generate spatial experiences that contribute to the personal-social recovery of the sheltered and that thereby achieve reintegration. to society without fear and with the recovery of its autonomy. This HRT seeks to be conceived as an inner world for the sheltered women, made up of a set of spaces, which were designed not only to fulfill a function of shelter and protection but also to lead the sheltered women towards their recovery, reeducation and reintegration of the battered women in society
