The following research aims to establish the difference between Syndrome of Burnout on doctors and nurses who treat Covid-19 patients in a hospital from the Ministry of Health in Piura. In this way 197 people were evaluated, including doctors and nurses from a hospital of the Ministry of Health in Piura, who were administered the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) Questionnaire, by Maslach and Jackson (Peruvian adaptation by Ilaja v; Sarriá c. Y García p.). The results indicate that given the level of significance is higher than 0.05 (p = 0.909) we can assure that there is not enough statistical evidence to affirm a difference in Syndrome of Burnout between doctors and nurses who treat Covid-19 patients in a hospital from the Ministry of Health in Piura. Likewise, in both groups Syndrome of Burnout is high, in nurses it reaches 93.7% and in doctors 94.1%, very similar percentages where it is clearly observed that there are no differences between nurses and doctors.
