To compare the level of knowledge about oral health in high school students from public educational institutions in La Libertad in the time of covid-19, 2021. Material and method: This prospective, cross-sectional and descriptive study was carried out with 524 students from two schools. Objective reached of the level of knowledge of students in public educational institutions in La Libertad during Covid 19 in 2021. A virtual questionnaire of 20 questions was used. Knowledge levels are classified as good, fair and bad. Using the Chi-square statistical test. Results: It was observed that the students of both educational institutions had the same level of knowledge of oral health as the level of general knowledge for gender and school grade standards. In the I.E JUAN ALVARADO school, it has been observed that the female predominance in the level of general knowledge is 58.52% and all students have a level of general knowledge according to the school grade. In third place, with a coefficient of 67.27%. IE REPUBLICA DE PANAMA also observed that the level of general knowledge is dominated by women with 58.57% and according to school classes all students have a level of general knowledge. Conclusions: According to sex and school level, high school students from educational institutions in La Libertad had a similar level of knowledge about oral health during Covid-19
