Currently, technologically speaking, web applications with data analytics are very important within any company because they will generate a certain advantage over their competition, thus having adequate control of different services. The Company Perlita S.A.C. He is currently dedicated to the agricultural sector, needing to be at the forefront in terms of technological solutions in order to provide a better-quality service and have all the reports with the appropriate information in a timely manner, thus allowing control of the services in said company. Said control process is carried out with a system that the company currently has, but it does not have data analytics implemented and it is an obsolete system that often does not work. One of the big problems is that everything is done manually, such as the reports, so the staff lose time preparing these reports and cannot analyze business metrics in favor of the company. Taking all of that into consideration, a web system with data analytics was implemented to enhance the control of agricultural services within the company. The results revealed a decrease of 817.75 in the time required for field task registration, a decrease of 660.25 in the time needed for the preparation of employee payroll sheets, an increase of 15.88 in the number of field task reports, and a 7.68 increase in the ““Very Satisfied““ level of employee satisfaction within the company.
