The present investigation presents as a problem: How does multiple discrimination in the law of political parties through the gender quota affect the right to equality of women in Peru? Faced with which, two hypotheses were raised, both the research hypothesis that multiple discrimination in the law of political parties through the gender quota affects violating the right to equality of women in Peru because the quota of gender of 50% as the right to equality of women and as a null hypothesis that multiple discrimination in the law of political parties through the gender quota affects violating the right to equality of women in Peru because it is not respected the gender quota of 50% as the right to equality for women. The approach was qualitative, the interview technique was applied, and as an instrument the interview sheet to three experts on the subject of political parties, electoral processes and / or constitutional law. After analyzing the doctrine, norms and the interview with the experts, the conclusion was reached to reject the research hypothesis and accept the null hypothesis, that there is no multiple discrimination in the law of political parties regarding the gender quota. What exists is positive discrimination and although it is true there has been an increase in the gender quota in political parties, this has been very slow and an expansion to 50% is still being proposed, but for the 2031 elections, which means that in more than 10 years there will still be an inequality between men and women in the law of political parties
