This research Project “Non-invasive system to automate the monitoring of the loading and unloading cycles of fine material, to the primary crushing process, in mining Gold Fields La Cima S.A.““ is developed in order to obtain the Professional Degree of Electronic Engineer at Antenor Orrego Private University and is presented in a context where mining is still considered a debate issue, however is characterized by the development of modern and clean technological practices, which are constantly updating to provide a quality service. In specific, mining company Gold Fields la Cima SA, is in a period of constant innovation in its different areas, due to this and the need of the process area to automate the monitoring of the periods of loading and unloading of fine material, the present research project, whose main objective is ““To develop a system to automate the monitoring of the loading and unloading cycles of fine material, to the primary crushing process, without resorting to invasive methods““ obtaining a report with the quantity of cycles (loading and unloading) as a final result which will be delivered to leaderships of the different areas involved. To develop the project correctly due to its characteristics (geographic location, internal regulations, climatic and environmental conditions), a new methodology will be developed based on the requirements of the Process Area in Cerro Corona Mining Unit, belonging to Gold Fields La Cima SA, which at the same time meets the mining standards.
