The present investigation had the objective of improving productivity in the execution of the Montecarlo Residential multifamily project, for which the implementation of the Last Planner System methodology was carried out. It was an applied type of research, developed with an experimental design in which data was analyzed before and after implementation, in order to corroborate if statistically there was an improvement in the project's productivity indices. The previous analysis of the situation of the work revealed that it was performing poorly, where the scheduled tasks were not carried out in the estimated quantities and time, with a compliance percentage of 68.89%, which for the tenth week represented a 3.00% accumulated delay. Subsequently, with the completion of the planning sessions, the identification and lifting of restrictions, an average compliance percentage of 95.00% was obtained, where only one breach of 2 scheduled activities occurred. The analysis of statistical means was applied to determine the existence of a significant change in the productivity obtained in both periods, using the Wilcoxon signed rank test, whose result showed that the productivity obtained after the implementation is different from the initial one, which also evidenced having a schedule compliance rate greater than 1.00, so that the work began to be ahead of the initial planning of the project, concluding that there was an improvement in productivity.
