he purpose of this work, titled, “Application of Carta Balance for the labor productivity index in the construction of a multifamily building,” is to use the Carta balance, which used them as a base tool. evaluate the low project productivity in the construction industry during the multifamily project in the province of Trujillo. These instruments are measured daily in the form of a balance, in which the activities of each worker are divided into three types: productive work (TP), contributory work (TC) and non-contributory work (TNC). This approach will allow us to develop field studies before and after the application of appropriate improvement strategies to reduce irregular field work using the Carta Balance tool, which can be used to standardize activities in current planning. Reduction of labor, costs and times. The groups analyzed are projects in execution and the samples tested are the following items: foundation concrete, foundation concrete, footing concrete, footing formwork, footing steel, column concrete, column found, column steel, concrete beams, beam formwork and beam steel, where productivity and incidents have been evaluated through the use of these tools.
