The aim of the research was to establish a relationship between occupational fatigue and conflict family work in professionals, to four hospitals in the Trujillo Red which arose: family work there is Association of occupational fatigue with the conflict in? The health care professional staff? The research was observational cross-sectional and prospective, in a sample of 115 health professionals. The chi 2 and the odds ratio, used being that work fatigue was present in the 71.3% of professionals, distributed themselves in 57.4% with conflict family work and 13.9% without this conflict, obtaining an OR = 2.68 with a 95% from 1.11 to 6.51, with p = 0.034. It was concluded that the presence of occupational fatigue in the professional conflict family-work was higher than those who did not have it, whereas labour fatigue as a factor that increases the risk of conflict family work. The General characteristics of the professionals who dominated the conflict between family work was: male, professional biologists, appointed and married. Concerning the age in years, time of service and number of children, they had statistical similarity in both groups.
