Percepción del cuidado humanizado de la enfermera y nivel de satisfacción de las madres del neonato hospitalizado. Hospital Belén de Trujillo, 2020

Abstract

La presente investigación de tipo descriptivo, correlacional, de corte transversal. Se realizó en el Hospital Belén de Trujillo, con la finalidad de determinar la relación entre la Percepción del Cuidado Humanizado de la Enfermera y Nivel de Satisfacción de las madres del neonato hospitalizado. El universo muestral estuvo constituido por 60 madres de neonatos. La recolección de datos se obtuvo mediante la aplicación de los instrumentos Percepción de cuidado humanizado de la enfermera y Nivel de satisfacción de las madres del neonato hospitalizado. Para el análisis estadístico, se aplicó la prueba Tau C de Kendall (0.447). Después del análisis se llegó a las siguientes conclusiones: El 70% de madres percibe cuidado humanizado de la enfermera y el 30% no percibe cuidado humanizado; por otro lado, un 46.7% presenta un nivel de satisfacción alta, el 30% nivel de satisfacción media y el 23.3% nivel de satisfacción baja. Existe relación estadística altamente significativa entre la percepción del cuidado humanizado y nivel de satisfacción de las madres del neonato hospitalizado (p= 0.000).

The present investigation of a descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional type. It was carried out at the Hospital Belén de Trujillo, in order to determine the relationship between the Perception of the Humanized Care of the Nurse and the Level of Satisfaction of the mothers of the hospitalized newborn. The sample universe consisted of 60 mothers of newborns. Data collection was obtained by applying the instruments Perception of humanized care of the nurse and Level of satisfaction of the mothers of the hospitalized newborn. For statistical analysis, Kendall's Tau C test (0.447) was applied. After the analysis, the following conclusions were reached: 70% of mothers perceive humanized care from the nurse and 30% do not perceive humanized care; on the other hand, 46.7% present a high level of satisfaction, 30% a medium satisfaction level and 23.3% a low satisfaction level. There is a highly significant statistical relationship between the perception of humanized care and the level of satisfaction of the mothers of the hospitalized newborn (p = 0.000).
