The main intention of this research report was to establish how the levels of Psychological Well-being differed according to gender during the COVID-19 pandemic in Psychology students from a Private University in Piura. A sample of 120 students from the School of Psychology of a Private University of Piura was constituted, where a probabilistic sampling was carried out, of which 60 were women and 60 were men. The type of study carried out was substantive and likewise the design that was carried out was descriptive – comparative. The instrument used was Carol Ryff's (2008) Psychological Well-being Scale. Regarding the results, it was found through the Mann- Whitney U statistical test that differences prevail between the male and female gender (U=1387,500; p= <.05) according to their psychological well-being, finding a average of 53.63% in the male study group and in the female study group the average is 67.38%.
