Complejo polideportivo en el distrito de Chachapoyas, departamento de Amazonas

Abstract

El presente proyecto surge de la necesidad de crear un espacio deportivo que albergue diferentes especialidades, que deben responder al tipo de usuario de acuerdo a la actividad que realice. Estos espacios tienen que estar adecuados según la normativa y criterios estructurales correspondientes. Actualmente la municipalidad de Chachapoyas en el Plan de Desarrollo Urbano, establece la creación de un equipamiento polideportivo, reubicando los equipamientos existentes. Para ello, realizamos un estudio que abordara la situación local en cuanto al equipamiento deportivo. El diagnóstico reveló un problema importante: la falta de espacios deportivos, la ubicación poco favorable de los existentes y la carencia de la funcionalidad de estos equipamientos. Estudiamos también el tipo de construcción viable para el equipamiento y las características requeridas del sector donde será emplazado. Se implementaron factores para que el proyecto sea sustentable aprovechando las características ambientales existentes en la zona de estudio; y como resultado, se ha logrado desarrollar un objeto que es funcional, atractivo y duradero., con el nivel requerido de complejidad.

This project arises from the need to create a sports space that houses different specialties, which must respond to the type of user according to the activity carried out. These spaces must be suitable according to the corresponding regulations and structural criterio. Currently, the municipality of Chachapoyas, in the Urban Development Plan, establishes the creation of a multi-sports facility, relocating the existing facilities. To do this, we carried out a study that addressed the local situation in terms of sports equipment. The diagnosis revealed a major problem: the lack of sports spaces, the unfavorable location of the existing ones and the lack of functionality of these facilities. We also study the type of viable construction for the equipment and the required characteristics of the sector where it will be located. Factors were implemented to make the project sustainable, taking advantage of the existing environmental characteristics in the study area; and as a result, it has been possible to develop an object that is functional, attractive and durable, with the required level of complexity.
