Objective: Determine the hematological manifestations to improve the care profile in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis corresponding to the Hospital de Apoyo II Santa Rosa, 2017 to 2019. Specify the most frequent hematological manifestation in patients with RA corresponding to Hospital de Apoyo II Santa Rosa, year 2019. Materials and methods: Observational study, which will be made up of a sample of 421 patients, with corporate criteria. The study will use data collection forms that are made up of sociodemographic data, pathological history and data from the patient's last blood count. For the results of the study, analytical statistics will be used in programs such as SPSS. Results: In this study it is expected to know what are the hematological manifestations in patients suffering from rheumatoid arthritis and the relationship between the time of disease, inflammatory activity, RA with comorbidities and the amount of hemoglobin, leukocytes and platelets of patients with RA. Conclusions: It can be concluded that the hematological manifestations that have the greatest evidence are: In hemoglobin (HB), the presence of anemia; in the white blood cells; leukocytosis; and in the platelets; thrombocytosis. The most common characteristics were a higher percentage for women, the age at which active inflammatory activity occurs is between 40 and 49 years; and the disease time associated with more complications is 3 to 4 years. The most frequent comorbidities in patients with RA are osteoporosis, cancer and anemia. Finally, there is evidence of a relationship between inflammatory activity and certain hematological disorders such as anemia in the case of hemoglobin and thrombocytosis in the case of platelets.
