This investigation called ““FINAL STUDY FOR THE 82074 EDUCATIONAL CENTER OF THE JOSE CARLOS MARIATEGUI CASERÍO, QUIRUVILCA - SANTIAGO DE CHUCO - LA LIBERTAD““, had as a general problem. district of Quiruvilca, province of Santiago de Chuco- La Libertad? Likewise, the following general objective was considered: Prepare the most appropriate definitive study applying the R.M. N ° 084-2019-MINEDU to improve the infrastructure of the 82074 Educational Center of the José Carlos Mariátegui village in the Quiruvilca district, Santiago de Chuco- La Libertad province. This research carries out the present study considering a type of “applied” research, with a “descriptive” level, as well as a population of the beneficiary population in José Carlos Mariátegui in the district of Quiruvilca, province of Santiago de Chuco- La Libertad. While, a study sample was considered to the 82074 Educational Center. Finally, this research obtained as the main results in its topographic study, the characteristics of the same existing building by taking 2 BMs, thus considering an almost flat terrain. In his study of soils, a resistance of 0.91 kg / cm2 and a lower water table equal to 1.50 m were considered. Regarding the architectural design, there are parameters that do not comply with RV No. 084-2019-MINEDU. Finally, in its structural design and analysis, it is determined to be within the permissible limits as its maximum drifts in a range of 0.0017 and 0.0007.
