In order to compare the level of satisfaction of health services (environment, input, schedules and attention of CERITS staff) between the HsH (man who has sex with man) and TS (sex workers) population of the Regional Teaching Hospital of Trujillo 2019, a cross-sectional analytical investigation was carried out, in a sample of 1351, the key population being HsH 395 and Ts 956 that attend CERITS (reference center for sexual transmission), who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. used a survey of 16 questions, with the result that the sociodemographic characteristics were age from 18 to 29 years for both groups, a higher percentage of married people (88.6%) in the HsH population than in Ts (62.4%) and the degree of secondary education in both groups 79.2% for HsH and 53.2% for Ts; The satisfaction shown by the users in both groups was adequate with respect to the characteristics of the service environments, finding 93.1% in Ts and 93.7% HsH (p-value = 0.856), with respect to the availability of inputs and materials, a significant difference with 71.7% in Ts and HsH 45.6% (p-value <0.001), likewise both populations have an adequate perception with the hours of attention 70.5% in Ts and HsH 75.9% (p-value = 0.360), compared to work of the health personnel who provides care, satisfaction is adequate 93.1% Ts and HsH 93.7% (p-value = 0.856), and finally there are no differences with satisfaction in both groups, being adequate in 93.6% in Ts and 93.7 % (p-value = 0.993) in HsH
