In the present investigation, a topographic survey was carried out at the educational institution 1563 Nuevo Milenio, from which a flat land with a slope between 2% and 4% was obtained; Then a soil study was carried out, obtaining a bearing capacity of qadm = 0.82kg/ cm2 and classifying it as a Type 2 soil (SC – SM). Based on the architectural proposal, which consists of 5 modules A, B, C, D and E, the structural design of each of them was carried out, verifying that in all cases the maximum displacements, the drifts, as well as the design of the different structural elements such as beams, columns, slabs, foundations, taking into account the requirements demanded by the Peruvian Technical Standards E.030, E.060, E.050 and other standards of the National Building Regulations. For the design of the sanitary facilities, a population demand projected for 10 years was considered and the water supplies considered in the technical standard IS.010 were taken into account, which showed that the volume of the cistern will be 5.00 m3 and 2.50 m3 elevated tank, we also designed the electrical installations according to the EM-010 standard and the electrical code, which gave us a maximum demand of 12.2 kW, being a three-phase system. Once the designs of all the specialties were made, the plans were made, the measurements were prepared in accordance with the provisions of the technical standard for Measurements for Building Works and Urban Facilities and then entered the data into the S10 Software and based on the unit costs managed by the District Municipality of El Porvenir, we obtained the Project budget, and with the data we entered it into the MS Project Program and obtained the project execution schedule which is estimated at 120 days.
