Influencia del balanced scorecard en la gestión de operaciones de la constructora Bectek contratistas SAC, Trujillo 2022

Abstract

Este trabajo de investigación tomo a la empresa constructora Bectek contratistas S.A.C. como el objeto de estudio y en donde se desarrolló como objetivo general del estudio determinar de qué manera el Balanced Scorecard influye en la gestión de operaciones de la constructora Bectek contratistas SAC, Trujillo, 2022. Así mismo esta investigación realizó un análisis exhaustivo, utilizando instrumentos de recolección de datos como el cuestionario y las fichas de análisis documental, aplicada a la muestra que está constituida por el proceso de construcción de una vivienda de Techo Propio, realizado por la empresa; así mismo considerando a 30 colaboradores involucrados en este proceso. Este estudio cuantitativo, de tipo experimental, con diseño descriptivo, transversal; se obtuvo como resultados que el diseño de la herramienta Balanced Scorecard permitirá mejorar la gestión de operaciones desde un tema operacional, considerando las perspectivas de estudio. Por lo tanto, se concluye que el Balanced Scorecard influye significativamente en la gestión de operaciones de la empresa constructora.

This research work took the construction company Bectek contractors S.A.C. as the object of study and where the general objective of the study was shown to determine how the Balanced Scorecard influences the operations management of the construction company Bectek SAC, Trujillo, 2022. Likewise, this investigation carried out an exhaustive analysis, using measurement instruments. data collection such as the questionnaire and the documentary analysis sheets, applied to the sample that is constituted by the construction process of a Techo Propio house, carried out by the company; likewise considering 30 collaborators involved in this process. This quantitative study, of an experimental type, with a descriptive, cross-sectional design; It was obtained as results that the design of the Balanced Scorecard tool will allow to improve the management of operations from an operational theme, considering the perspectives of study. Therefore, it is concluded that the Balanced Scorecard significantly influences the operations management of the construction company.
