Implementación del Last Planner y Carta Balance para optimizar la productividad de un edificio multifamiliar de 5 pisos en Trujillo

Abstract

La presente tesis titulada “Implementación del Last Planner y Carta Balance para optimizar la productividad de un edificio multifamiliar de 5 pisos en Trujillo” tuvo como objetivo usar la realización de Carta Balance y la utilización de Last Planner al utilizarlas como herramientas para evaluar la baja productividad en las partidas adentro de la industria de la construcción, medido en la obra edificio multifamiliar , Distrito de Trujillo, Provincia de Trujillo, Departamento de la Libertad”, Estas herramientas fueron medidas a diario durante 8 semanas con formatos de la Carta Balance , donde la actividad que realiza cada obrero son clasificados por tres tipos: Trabajos Productivos (TP), Trabajos Contributorios (TC) y Trabajos No Contributorios (TNC). La metodología de permitirá el estudio a fondo de campo antes y después de aplicar las estrategias de mejora correspondientes para mitigar Trabajos No Contributorios encontrados en obra, mediante la herramienta Carta Balance, donde la aplicación de Last PLanner permite estandarizar las actividades en un nuevo cronograma real de obra, reduciendo costo y tiempo. La Población analizada es el Proyecto en ejecución y la muestra de estudio son las siguientes partidas: concreto, acero y encofrado de zapatas, concreto, acero y encofrado de columnas, concreto, acero y encofrado de vigas, concreto, acero y encofrado de losa aligerada, donde se evaluó la productividad en porcentaje y se logró disminuir un porcentaje considerable aplicando estas herramientas.
