The thesis aims to assess the impact between financial indicators and Peruvian economic growth within the period 2000-2019, subject to theories developed by various authors on the link between savings, credit and economic growth. A time series model is estimated with 80 observations, taking as a dependent variable the Peruvian economic growth represented by the GDP and as explanatory variables the levels of savings, credit and late portfolio of multiple banking. After performing empirical analysis, an expected result is achieved, as there is an inverse relationship between multiple banking savings and economic growth; we also find a direct relationship with multiple banking credits. Thus, empirical evidence tells us that for every 1% increase in the level of credit in period t, economic growth increases by 0.90%. However, the opposite is true of savings in period t; therefore, if this varies by 1%, a 0.67% reduction in GDP would be expected. These results are partially consistent with those obtained in the studies of Coronado J. and Ruiz A. (2016), who confirm a positive relationship between the transfer of savings to credit and economic growth
