The aim of this study was to evaluate the nutritional contribution of different protein supplements and their effect on the feed consumption of bees bred for honey production. For this purpose, 10 nuclei of bees were chosen in the locality of Moche- La Libertad-Peru, during the month of May 2023. The nuclei were distributed through a randomized complete design to evaluate feed consumption. The colonies received four types of feed, which were the treatments (PS: PROSISA-Standard, PP: PROSISA- Pollinization, PO: PROSISA-Polen and NuAb: NUTREABEJA). The laboratory study was carried out in the animal nutrition laboratory of the Universidad Privada Antenor Orrego during the month of September 2023. In the laboratory, the level of feed dry matter (%), feed crude protein (%), feed ether extract (%), feed crude fiber (%) were evaluated. In terms of palatability, the results showed that the PS supplement obtained higher intake (26.93g) compared to the other supplements (PP: 15.87g, NuAb: 15.03g and PO: 12.65g). In addition, there was a statistical difference in the dry matter and moisture of the supplements (P<0.05), with the PS treatment having higher moisture and lower dry matter. Similarly, the supplements differed significantly in the contribution of ethereal extract (P<0.05), being higher in the supplement with the highest amount of pollen (PO). The PS supplement had significantly (P<0.05) lower crude protein compared to the others. The PP supplement had the highest crude fiber level (P<0.05). The protein supplement PS had higher intake, higher moisture, and lower protein intake.
